  1. Ask yourself: "On a scale of 1 to 10, what's the intensity of the negative emotion I'm feeling right now?"
  2. Say out loud: "I want to get over this."
  3. Go through the first sequence:

  5. Tap on the gamut spot while going through the third sequence:
  6. Go through the second sequence again:
  7. Ask yourself: "On a scale of 1 to 10, what's the intensity of the negative emotion I'm feeling right now if any?"
  8. If you still have some, say "I want to get over this" and say "I can get over this."
  9. Go through the sequences again.
  10. Ask yourself: "On a scale of 1 to 10, what's the intensity of the negative emotion I'm feeling right now if any?"
  11. If you still have some, say "I want to get over this" and say "I can get over this" and say "I will get over this."
  12. Go through the sequences again.
  13. Ask yourself: "On a scale of 1 to 10, what's the intensity of the negative emotion I'm feeling right now if any?"
  14. If you still have some, say "I want to get over this" and say "I can get over this" and say "I will get over this" and say "I am getting over this."
  15. Go through the sequences again.
  16. Ask yourself: "On a scale of 1 to 10, what's the intensity of the negative emotion I'm feeling right now if any?"
  17. If you still have some, say "I want to get over this" and say "I can get over this" and say "I will get over this" and say "I am getting over this" and say "I am over this."
  18. Go through the sequences again.
  19. Ask yourself: "On a scale of 1 to 10, what's the intensity of the negative emotion I'm feeling right now if any?"
  20. If you still have some, say "I have resistance" and say "I'm ready to let go of resistance."
  21. Go through the sequences again.
  22. Ask yourself: "On a scale of 1 to 10, what's the intensity of the negative emotion I'm feeling right now if any?"
  23. If you still have some, right above your heart, take two fingers push and look for a spot that's a little bit tender.
  24. When you find it, rub it and say out loud three times: "I deeply and profoundly accept myself even if I never get over this problem."
  25. Go through the sequences again.
  26. Ask yourself: "On a scale of 1 to 10, what's the intensity of the negative emotion I'm feeling right now if any?"
  27. If you still have some, that's all you can do for that day.

If you still have any residual there, then you absolutely 100% have stuff that's keyed in that's much bigger than your ability to handle it alone. You need to have somebody else with you.
