I literally just got back on but any connections were being denied for at least 10+ mins.

There was a minor netsplit that disconnected half of all users, then another one that disconnected everyone else. All of this about 30 minutes ago. Looks like Rizon has crapped itself. Keep trying, it'll be back up soon.
