All 4 of these posts were reported. Sometimes bellatap will post the same thread 2 or 3 times and then post in the different ones, so if one gets deleted he will just flock to the other one he made before and start spamming that one. After they're both deleted, he does it again.
Not much anyone can do about it. If he's jumping IPs, changing tripcodes, and is dementedly dedicated to his cause, then mods can't do much else. Range banning isn't really in the equation, nor is hell banning capable of being implemented last time I checked. The only effective solution to discouraging and disabling these mentally ill shitposters from ruining boards is to force people to create accounts, which is never going to happen.You're fighting the good fight man. Just keep on trucking.
Such is the life of a janitor.I understand your frustration, really, but we just have to take these things in stride. If it isn't him it will be someone else, just know each time you do something to counteract him you're making the board quality a bit better. Just don't stress :)
Just remember, every time he gets banned he has to reset his router, while its one/two clicks for you.He'll get tired of it easier than we will.

He's dropped all his trips and has stopped spamming those Birthday countdown threads (pictured >>3255) but he's by no means gone away. He's still posting constantly about Bella Thorne and spamming various other sorts of threads so mods/janitors please take note. He's always doing it around this time too, like 3-4 EST and keeps it up for a few hours.

So if you suspect it is him, Id recommend pinging a mod if you can. Its really painful to watch those threads get clogged up and derailed with his BS. One more thing, there is a similar ban evader who goes by the name !mOMSEnVKAI aka Mr !MoMseNWOak who has also dropped his tripcode(s) recently, and just like Bellatap he constantly posts images of the eponymous actress (Taylor Momsen in this case) and just continually causes drama about waifu related meta garbage (he'd do this all the time in /q/ IIRC). This guy still sometimes posts with a trip, but more frequently now he posts as Anonymous. He has a habit of going into Red Letter Media threads and stirring up meta drama, so just be on the lookout - he still attaches pictures of taylor momsen to nearly every post so he's quite easy to spot. It seems like he takes umbrage with low content RLM threads amongst countless other things, but he just makes things 10 times worse by stretching meta arguments out over 100+ posts, its a similarly painful experience as the Bellatap derails.
