At some point this week you need to make a rune.

This needs to happen before Midnight of the 27th September BST.

To make a rune you need to find a tree at dusk.

If there's a specific tree that catches your eyes, choose that tree.

If not, keep looking. This can't be forced.

Now that you've found a tree you need to carve 6 Naudiz runes on it.

1 on the North side.

1 on the East side.

1 on the South side.

1 on the West side.

1 as high up you can reach.

1 as low as you can.

After you've done that, climb up the tree or sit down under it.

Focus on the tree while having physical contact with it.

Don't hold back any emotions, let the it know how important this is for you.

You can explain the situation to it.

Lastly, you need to ask the tree for approval.

All this needs to be done through emotions, the tree won't hear you if you speak.

If the tree approves, you may take a branch or some bark.

Now you need to carve the rune. You can do this anywhere at any time before the 27th.

This process also needs to be a very emotional experience.

The rune will absorb the energy you emit as you carve it.

Hide the rune somewhere dark and safe when you're done.

On September 27th at Midnight BST, you will meditated on your rune.

Remain completely focused on the rune and nothing else.

Do this till the rune starts to feel empty.

Optional but recommended:

Return to your tree the following week.

Place the empty rune under it and thank the tree.
