I'm guessing you already had the herp and it caused an outbreak.

The theory behind this imo is that like when you bring up emotional issues, you get crazy but it heals and you're better off after.

So I imagine that's the same thing, when you energize yourself, wounds can come out to heal.

Hopefully.

>Doing a brief session of breath meditation last night

>After about 30 mins perceive a gentle shade of darkness in the bottom of my vision

>It's just the bottom my eye-socket, it feels mildly alluring at the moment

>Try to "move" my consciousness into it

>Feels like it's growing stronger over time, and my visual consciousness is getting darker, and my other senses are fading slightly more as well

>Notice the muscles around my face are tightening infinitesimally, relax them

>This tensing continues back and forth

>Become aware of my body faster than usual

What the hell is this shit? I've doing breath work for years but haven't had this particular phenomena occur before. I think a master would tell me to ignore it and just focus on my breathing.

 No.111532

>>111320

Yeah, I think so, too. It marked a qualitative change in my spiritual path.

>>111501

Yes, absolutely. First of, you need to determine whether these thoughts are actually invading (entities of all sorts actively feeding of you or trying to get your attention for whatever reason) or it's just you "tuning in" to random stuff because you lack mental discipline.

The later is fixed by doing no-mind meditation until you can stay with a blank mind (no words, just feeling and notions) for extended periods of time.

The former requires you to meditate, focus on the thoughts on sensations you feel are not yours and see if anything comes up. This is what it might look like:

>be working

>start thinking of ex

>have incredible urge to look up pictures of her and masturbate like I used to

>boner

>stop working

>sit in meditative position

>completely stop internal chatter

>enter semi-astral travel mode

>focus on the urge to fap to ex

>image of lizard with lion head scurrying about appears out of nowhere

>grab it astrally

>it tries to get away

>grab it with astral hands and gouge it to pieces

>open my eyes

>horny sensation fading away

>get meditative again and look for urge to fap to ex

>incredible sense of bliss and well-being inundates me instead

It could also be that these thoughts are indeed coming from yourself, and while you meditate on them as per above, you get an insight or a breakthrough into some kind of trauma. It's all about exploration. In any case, don't push them away. That won't help.

 No.111538

>>111532

Thank you. I believe it is more of an issue of lacking mental discipline.

>What the hell is this shit? I've doing breath work for years but haven't had this particular phenomena occur before. I think a master would tell me to ignore it and just focus on my breathing.

I think it's vision of another plane. When i stare at something and let my vision sorta fade, things start to look like they do when my eyes are closed, and I'm pretty sure that's astral/energy-vision.

or it's just you getting beyond the senses.

either way you're not used to it so you're less comfortable with all that flow (hence twitching), but it's a deeper part of you so you're body-aware faster

nomind meditation, and also keep yourself in your mind's eye. energy doesn't project half as much if your mind is firmly internally focused.

this helped me when I was unintentionally clinging to someone energetically/projecting energy all the time at her. once I had an image of myself in my mind (or anything you choose. later I did a golden infinity symbol), it went away.

also you can change your wavelength to something less interactive with most people,

This other, https://youtube.com/watch?v=OZCgOoGSLdQ , is the second version of the targeted individual scatter frequency. I hope that they help."

"Dive deep within yourself, speak to your Higher Self (read Why I am no longer a Lightworker 1 and 2, by Cameron Day), enter your Akashik records, and you shall Know. We are One with the All (Infinite Source) as the All (Infinite Source) is One with Us. If you need more guiding, read from Bibliotecapleyades and Montalk. Finally, listen to the following videos https://youtube.com/watch?v=RQIO9cqwgcE [Embed] , https://youtube.com/watch?v=pSyUT2p4H24 [Embed] , https://youtube.com/watch?v=feilxGTQkow [Embed] , , https://youtube.com/watch?v=XvyPscRD1ss [Embed] , (commas are flying so they do not become part of the link).

Each has instructions, and the last one is particularly important; only watch it 1 time per day for 5 days, then rest for 2, and then you may repeat it. Beware that sometimes channels will try to brainwash you; the ones I have listed are safe. Reclaim your Divine Sovereignity, Fight the Parasites, STS/Duality Low Vibration/Frquency/Density Beings and the different Matrix Control Systems.

 No.113654

>>113321

Step 0: Do a few cycles of breathing in all the great majesty of the universe and breathing out all the dark and cramped thoughts that are stuck in you, letting them go away with your breath.

Step 1: breathe and focus on breath.

If your mind wanders, count sub-beats of breath.

If it still wanders , count sub-sub beats and so on until the effort of counting the beats forces the rest of your mind quiet.

Step 2: continue doing this until you start to get a feel of the state of not thinking about anything but the counting.

Step 3: slowly ease up on the counting and remain in that silenced focus. Replace it with focusing on the breath.

Step 4: if you have gotten this far, you have made a great achievement. See how long you can persist in that state. At first, if you can manage 30 seconds you are doing very well. Eventually it will grow to five minutes and then to fifteen minutes.

Step 5: Stretch goal for someday when this becomes somewhat easy for you to get into immediately. Start carrying the silent presence out of your meditation practice into daily life while doing other things.

Observations:

At first, your mind will sneak thoughts on you like a dream. Or you will become very bored or disaffected with yourself. Do not worry about this, do not fight it. Once you notice it is happening, simply allow your thoughts to drift away and return to silence.

When you start to gain some accomplishment at quieting your mind, the body and mind will rebel. Your mind will try to convince you that you are in pain, that theres something very important that you should be doing. You will get visual hallucinations or other hallucinations such as changing size or sensations of movement. You may feel that they are very important and profound or maybe terrifying. They are distractions on the path to meditation. Just like the intrusive thoughts, ignore them, allow them to pass, return to stillness. >>113321

 No.113671

>>113321

Be on a place of rest, away from distractions. Close your eyes. Abstract yourself from your thoughts and analyze them. Seek to extinguish them one by one. Do this time and time again, your mind being quieter each time. It'll be a gradual process. Eventually you'll want to take the next step which is to stop thinking about not thinking, then you must simply will your mind to cease. This can be gradually accomplished by a realization that you are neither your feelings nor your mind, that you are higher than these and can control them; accompanied by methods like what >>113323 said.

 No.124808

I could use some advice. I was meditating every day for over a year straight. Managed to go very deep and see the same sort of things people describe from taking dmt. Learned a whole fucking lot from my meditations. When I say I meditated every day I mean hours and hours every day. After a while I started noticing "entities" . At first it was overall pleasant but after a while there was one that would pester the shit out of me while meditating. From this point on as soon as I would begin, or even when I was just relaxing but not meditating i.e. when ever I lowered my heart rate to relaxation levels this thing would start fucking with me. It would interact with me in ways that I was not comfortable with. The more I focused on ignoring it the more it fucked with me. At first I saw it as a test "I must ignore and overcome this thing" but then I started thinking "maybe I need to explore it to understand what it is". But, it soon got to the point where it was fucking with me during sleep too. I would wake up feeling like I had been engaged in combat rather than sleeping. And it got to the point where I was actually afraid to go to sleep. This thing that was pestering me started taking on very dark and malicious tones. I had come to regard it as some form of parasite. I stopped meditating, and found that if I positioned myself a specific way when I laid down for bed I would fall asleep without entering any sort of meditative state and it eventually stopped bothering me so much.

Fast forward to now, I've started meditating again, only now I can not silence my thoughts I have a very hard time reaching mediation and the second I do I feel the sensation that you feel when you hear a very obnoxious and unexpected sound.. kind of like my skull is ringing like a bell for a moment, which causes my mental silence to shatter.

If anyone has advice I would gladly hear it. Also, any input on "spiritual parasites" specifically one that seems to favor the intestines?

First time I experienced that was before I got into meditation, I was pretty seriously hurt and knocked "unconscious" for a moment although I was very much lucid and aware.

When you were there did you notice anything? I noticed that even though I was able to see "forever into nothing but blackness" that somewhere between where I was and the infinite blackness there was a very vague shape that looked very much like an office desk. Also, while you were there did you experience the vortex of energy again? I experienced it several times while I was there, every time I asked myself a question I felt it and it felt like pure knowledge being beamed into my head.

My memory is fairly fuzzy as it's been a few weeks since I've last experienced it. It felt like I was a single point of consciousness. I don't think I saw anything but it did feel like I was moving towards something at one point. I can't recall if I continued to feel the energy vortex but I do remember asking myself questions and thinking that it felt like the information was being beamed into me.

Unfortunately on the only 2 occasions that I can remember entering the state, I only lasted in it for what felt like 5 minutes before being jolted out of it by my cat. The last time occurred when I was just lying on my back in bed and the other was actually triggered when I became lucid mid-dream. Both times were spontaneous though and just kind of happened.

I really found the state to be quite comfy. I'm fairly good at putting my body to sleep but I just can't seem to snap away my awareness of it.

Does anyone know of any chaotic meditation rituals?

I don't know how else to describe it, so using popular culture I guess I would describe it has how a Sith or Grey Jedi 'meditates' – trying to become angry, holding it, feeling the pure rage and emotion in their mind, controlling it, etc.

I did one set of chaotic meditations like this naturally, a while back. I wonder if anyone has ever developed a proper set of them, though.
