Even if you survive the process it would not be as romantic as you imagine. Being ant-sized around actual ants would be a terrifying way to die. Not to mention spiders that would dwarf you and the immense distance you'd have to cover just to move a few metres. If you really think this through it seems like a bad idea. Also, people here are actively ignoring that cells of the human body are made of atoms that have an almost fixed size, and that shrinking a human to ant size would require most human cells, tissues, whatever mechanisms to consist of much less atoms, or the body of much less cells, etc. This would also make OP significantly simpler, and he would most likely cease to be something that can be called human, or will die
