Not so sure about what you perceive as the elemental, but pretty sure it shouldn't be there.. Either roll with it because it seems to strengthen you(?) or banish it so that your sacral goes back to normal.

Because nofap you're gathering loads of energy, the dragon might be a thoughtform leeching you.

Also, you seem knowledgeable on chakrawork, you want to redistribute the excess energy from the sacral to all the other chakras and set up a grid where the sacral/spleen automatically and effectively distributes energy, either by always being in tune or attaching a thoughtform that does it, the thoughtform you're going to have to check up on from time to time.

You can also when you're that charged try to force a kundalini flow (google breathing) and remember to have your back straight as an arrow, or else.

Regular banishing doesn't work but it doesn't really have a negative or positive effect it is just there. When I focus on my sacral I get a kind of tingling feel good sensation all in my guts. Like an unnatural sparking.

I am curious though chakras are explained as portals. Is it possible to pull things through them intentionally or otherwise? That is has anyone read any accounts of it?

I stopped with the dragon dude halfway because at the time I thought I was dislodging my sacral from pulling too much out of it.

I will go into a little more detail as to what i did too.

Over the past couple years i've had a cool labradorite sphere that I use to nullify things when i go to deep or something gets outs of control. Just a simple mental association with the sphere having the ability to absorb energy.

a few days ago no fap was getting very difficult so I used the sphere to wick up energy from all my centers to try and balance myself out. (a loud crowded ship is not the best place for this kind of work)

When I got to my sacral I spent a significant amount of time longer to try and take away energy. Visualizing my sacral spinning and moving energy into the sphere to the point it looked like jet exhaust (at this point it felt amazing to keep in that state) Then aforementioned dragon thing started to crawl out. Panic>stop>go to sleep.
Woke up sick as fuck, unable to focus, weak and I couldn't read or remember stuff well.

chakra means vortex, they are the etheric representations of your bodies glands, these glands regulate your body, when you do chakra work you are altering the etheric representation of your physical body, messing with your chakras can make you ill, it causes these glands to over/underproduce necessary hormones which in turn impact your body.

Regarding the leech, I don't know. Could be a snek taking vacation in your loosh.
