Sure you can open your ajna with the lower chakras not fully working, but it will not be balanced or as effective. And it might… lead to problems.

A fully balanced body, includes fully balanced chakras - and as a feature, you will be far more resilent to bodily dysfunctions of any kind. For instance - blocked throat chakra could lead to all sorts of actual physical symptoms such as dental issues, thyroid problems or laryngitis.

So when you say, you're concerned with healing your body, but leaving your chakras possibly blocked, it makes no sense to me?
