Hey, I've been on /fit/ who sent me to /d/ who didn't help, so now I come to you.

Does anyone know of a way to make a human grow after they finished puberty?

I have a giantess fetish and want to make my girl bigger.

If this is not possible, is there a way to at least make her appear larger?

Literally haven't posted in a month because I've been practising IIH. I don't adhere strictly to everything in it but I've done almost everything in it as it wanted me to and achieved high level phenomena. I've read like 200+ other books besides it though + now have access to an akashic library.

IIH's value as a general guideline for development is exceptional. I just do a lot of things besides what it tells me and also I refuse to "do these steps then progress to these next steps" as I prefer to do multiple steps all at once and find it much easier to advance this way.
