TEA IS LOADED WITH FLOURIDE.

But the point is that it's a high concentration in tea. To the point where even the mainstream people who think fluoridated water is fine are warning people about drinking too many cups of tea.

Sodium fluoride is a salt NaF. Fluoride is atomic or molecular fluoride F, or F2, but it can also mean negatively charged atom of fluoride in salt F-, since all fluoride in nature is in the form of salts so people sometimes say "it contains Fluoride" instead of "it contains a salt of Fluoride (eg. sodium fluoride)".

So basically there's no difference.
