hey i just did my first tarot spread and i need some help. i asked the cards for advice on getting a gf and basically it told me i need to stop being a pussy and be more assertive. but i was mystified by the final card. it was 4 of cups. what does this mean? it is my understanding that the final card tells you what will happen. so does this mean that if i attempt to get a gf i will wind up like this guy sitting by a tree staring at cups?

also i chose the lovers as my significator because it was a question about love. but i heard later you're only supposed to use signifactors for people or things, not abstract concepts like love. help

As for the reading. You're focusing on yourself. Chances are if you found someone it would be a shallow short relationship.

So be more assertive, but don't make it all about yourself.
