I've been meditating for a while now and I noticed after some time that if I said certain phrases, I would feel different good or bad pressures in the middle of my brain. For a while, I've been trying to use auto-suggestion to improve my mental habits and work ethic however I noticed a very clear difference in response from my internal sensations upon saying particular things.

Haha yea it does look silly, but a bit of levity is ok in practice, in fact I would encourage it. Hold the tongue at the back of the mouth pressing the top of the palette then open the mouth and fling the tongue forward, make a noise while doing so. You should feel a stretch at the back of the tongue, where a muscle is connected.
The Thai girl is not forceful enough in her tongue expression, but her posture in the state is impeccable, this locks the body in place, opens up the diaphragm for competent breathing and stretches the lower back.

I think this is true of a lot of things though, the 'magic' of all passions wears off eventually and if you've commited to post graduate study or a career in something you enjoy then you've got to learn to renew your passion.

And not just by switching our belief systems around, although that is a useful thing to do sometimes, changing to stuff that seems cool and fresh is not good for long term growth, sticking with a system and putting serious effort in is how you get results. Some nights, especially when I can't sleep I get thing strange yearning feeling. Almost like a weird tingling in my spine. It makes me feel compelled to go outside late at night, and walk around my neighborhood when no one else is awake. There is a strange rejuvenating sensation, like I am drawing in all of the energy from the sleepers around me. Also I feel such a profound fascination, and detachment from civilization, like I'm seeing it for the first time or something. That sort of thing. If you're just staying in bed while getting this feeling you're missing out.

So yeah, PDFs for short, easy-reads and books for long, dense-reads; but I have to admit that I've bought a lot of books I could have just read on computer. I'm not doing the same mistakes again, though!

This would be as simple as trying to buy some food at a food shop, even that was difficult to do. If you get many people at your door, possibly jehovas witness, mailmen, etc, try to answering it and practice basic responses with them.
As for the magical side of things, i would suggest autosuggestion. Autosuggest yourself to have courage, that you have great social skills, etc. You could also create a thoughtform human and practice talking to it, pretend and fully immerse yourself into thinking that a chair is another human.
Practice mindfullness meditation to help calm yourself down. Partner this with deep breathing, remember to slow down, come back inside yourself and breath deeply when social anxiety or anxiety attacks arise. This will ground you.
And my main tips for anything would be to calm down, relax and be in the moment, have complete awareness and center yourself.

Is it possible to implant your tulpa into a spiritless human? I was thinking that it could be possible to use a spiritless human and have a personal, physical assistant. Someone that I know I could trust to help me with my work. Obviously you have been reading some really shit texts on reality creation OR you have not been applying the techniques correctly because that shit works instantly and amazingly. To move buildings you would have to be able to negate how gravity affects the building for a time, overcoming a great "probabilistic force" or outcome. It takes a lot of energy to do these things and is not feasible. Just as much materializing things from nothing takes a lot of etheric energy and is therefore on the level of a pipe dream to whoever isn't highly experienced. It is possible, it's just too hard and too unnecessary, there are better alternatives.
Material reality is rather rigid. It operates on a certain probabilistic outcome, that could be called rules (cause and effect being a higher rule than of the material reality). The astral plane is less rigid and the mental even less so. It is easier to create things out of nothing on those two planes than it is on the material. You can, however, bring about these things or bring them in your life (as would be the case with money) through "reality creation".
I highly recommend you learn about and practice reality creation, reading first Montalks articles about it Reality Creation Part 1 and Reality Creation Redux, also articles on synchronicities. The Vedas instruct how society must be run, how things exactly came into being is less of a focus.
The texts which inform a lot of Hindu Epistemology and Metaphysics (such as Avenida Vedanta) emerged a little later, but are still considered revealed texts. However they open up different perspectives depending on the focus on or omission of certain sections. These are called the Upanishads.
The Hindu term for revealed texts is Sruti.
Latter down the track in the history of Hinduism during the formation of the Puranic Age around about 100BC to 600AD Smriti (inspired) texts explaining the Dharma and giving examples of virtuous life began developing. A lot of these tales would have had even older roots, through oral history but became prominent and more consistent around this time. The oral history was written down and given a contemporary spin by poets and sages of the age, and were popular and patronized by various royal courts (similar to the Sagas in Viking Age Scandinavia).
In this period new Deities emerged, or became more prominent and expanded upon. Initially the cults of Shiva were prominent, later superseded in most of the lands by Vishnu, with particular veneration for the world incarnated avatar Krishna seen as the embodiment of the Dharma and model for righteous royalty and filial piety. Best known of course in the monlithic epic the Mahabharata within which contains the Bhagavad Gita.
The cult of Shiva remained prominent in the south of India as well as the mountain kingdom of Kashmir till the invasion by the Islamic hordes.
The other popular Smriti texts include the Puranas which are takes on the formation of the universe as well as tales of Gods and men, each group of Puranas has a certain sectarian bias, the Saiva Puranas proclaiming Shiva as the eternal Brahmin for instance the, Vaisṇava Puranas, Vishnu or Krishna as the supreme expression of the Eternal Brahmin.
As Smriti, while virtuously inspired, they are more open to interpretation or criticism unlike the revealed texts which come straight from the divine unaltered.
During the Puranic Age devotion and practice was starting to be undertaken by castes outside of the Brahmin, even though they were still vital for ceremonial functioning and Vedic knowledge. A less technical and less philosophical school of practice starting to dominate inspired by and fueling the Puranic art and literature- Bhakti, or devotion and submission and joyous celebration of the Eternal Brahmin through Devas like Krishna or Shankara. Slowly the Bhakti sects began to insist that the Smriti texts were divinely revealed and are often seen as more vital than the Vedas. This view is especially common amongst Neo-Bhakti movements such as the Hari Krishnas.

I'm an ambitious car driver, I really love this shit.
It always felt like meditation to me, to sit in a car and drive. That seemed to confuse people, because it's far from meditation to them. But it really is like that. Listening to my intuition while driving was helpful a lot of times already.
Good drivers rely on these intuitions to foresee certain situations, bad drivers just react when it's already happening.
Focusing inwards while driving might sound insane and is not recommended for driving beginners, but with time this skill should get adopted. It makes a good driver out of you.
I think that I don't have to mention how distracting thoughts, loud or emotional music, and passengers can fuck it all up.
Driving consciously is a good workout but can be really exhausting. Driving in the snow will make you feel the real deal.

Satan is used as a title and name in the Bible, corresponding to the devil known as Samael, which is his proper name. There was also spelling Satanael.
It means Verocity of God, some people translated it as Poison of God, Satan itself means Adversary (of God if you add -el).
Before the fell he was an Cherubim (according to one Pope) and generally was associated with angels of death, Malach HaMavet, like Cassiel, Suriel, Azrael or Simiel.
It means totally different thing in Islam. Shaytanen is a name given to evil djinns (something akin to efreets in fantasy) who tempt humans and lead them away from God, as there are no devils (fallen angels) in Islam, angels simply didn't felt from the grace, having no free will.

Creating multiple personalities is common in magic whether we're aware of it or not, the whole point of being frater whoeverthefuck is so you have a new identity to switch into to do things which your mundane self cannot. To create a degree of disociciation between the two personalities is to establish limits and boundries on each of your selves, magical and mundane, this is a safe and productive use of a similar mechanism.
Crowley used a technique where he would wear a different ring according to which personality he was using as an experiment. One would be fascist, bigoted, one would be peaceful, pacifist etc.
You could try something like the ring if only to identify which personality she is at the moment, it might strengthen the disorder though by reinforcing the boundries rather than integrating the personalities into a whole.
You could try the ring thing yourself to get better insight though.
I've had advice personally from an author whose course I'm taking not to do any kind of magic for a person with multiple personality disorder except very basic healing practise. But I'm pretty sure he was just saying that to avoid getting too involved as I'm sure magic could help as it is all about personality and ego control.
I'd suggest autosuggestion and carefully created hypnotic type exercises aimed at strengthening the personalities which have control over the others. This is pretty much what psychologists have done anyway, it's probably best advice to get good professional help to be honest…

Been looking over the material, and have had STRONG synchronicity related to it. Hello. Wanted to ask why I always get really hot while meditating? Also, sometimes I start crying mechanically, without actually feeling any kind of emotion that would make me want to cry?

(You mentioned that your friend feels helpless) You can't make them read kybalion or books about self healing, you can only share your thoughts about these books and offer him to read them.
What works with people who have problems - you can solve them together. Ex. I had a friend with eating disorders and the only way I could help her was re-learning how to eat again together, finding joy in food. I think you could try offering reading some books to discuss them later..? The only thing that would work for sure is for you to learn how to heal yourself and other people but I guess that would take a lot of time. Anyway, best of luck, I hope you find a solution!
