Do you know what it is that I saw?

I used to pray for God to show me what I can be in his service. When I was much younger, I was emotionally spent and exhausted. I surrendered those things to God, and instead found myself sensing and feeling the minds and thoughts of others. I prayed that I might someday see things as they are. Not for a comfortable Micky Mouse image and perspective on the world where a man lives and dies. Just another cog in a machine meant to break civilizations.

We are in agreement about what the Church has become, its why I've distanced myself from that Fr. Mitch Pacwa style theology. Its why I've focused more on instinct and prayer. This last week my prayer and meditation hit a level I didn't think possible. I can feel whats next. I know whats next, and I am afraid.

Your interest in the priesthood is going to change your "frequency". It's an inclination towards service. Some kind of deep subconscious commitment you may have already made looking for an appropriate outlet. Maybe. Either way your likely a positive influence even if you don't recognize it.

We mostly filter out psychic data before it gets to our conscious mind. If your already sensitive to it then that's likely another reason for being targeted, probably for recruitment.

Actually, as other posters have pointed out, siddhi's are not like perks or power-ups you acquire like in a video game.. They are more descriptions of points that you find yourself at, during a journey. Having a list that you're attempting to acquire is silly, because it misses the whole point of the thing.

For example, the siddhi "ability" of attracting sexual partners easily, becoming very difficult to resist for the opposite sex… Is not a "skill/power" you gained, it is merely the situation you find yourself in after going to the gym religiously for a year and getting shredded and eating healthily.

And, like a true yogi, a true gymbro wouldnt find the minor siddhi I just described, that important, it would have become a small aspect of their overall life and experience.. The only thing worth sharing I've found from my work thus far is that everyone experiences emotions differently. My working hypothesis is that it's akin to a sort of "caste" system, going by many names in many cultures. Those with a "higher vibration" (as people like to think of it) are harder to read for those lower on the scale. The two people who have managed to get reliable reads from me can only sense when I'm angry or annoyed. My "higher frequency" emotions (joy, love, happiness, bliss) are off their radar entirely, they can't sense my emotional state at all. The mid-range emotional states (i.e. contemplation, reflection) register as something else, when I'm deep in thought they'll ask me if I'm upset about something.

One poster here has mentioned insects being attracted to higher frequencies, and particularly when I'm in nature and reflecting, they'll swarm to me.

You would probably be interested in the thread here on weed and spirituality, the short version is that when you get high, your result will be what you expected/asked for before you took it into your system. Something to experiment with if you can work your nerve up to it, probably after a solid T-break. I'm abstinent now outside of microdosing because it hits me like LSD, my third eye is already pretty open without psychedelics LOL.

That's not a claim. The "we are all one" is true. We are a singular being existing beyond all of this. the Ain Soph. We differentiate to create this illusion of separation. All of it, plant, animal, mineral, spiritual, etc. is just us pretending to be separate.

It doesn't make the illusion less substantial, less complicated, or any easier to solve and escape though. But part of the path of return is becoming aware of the fact that we are indeed all one, even while believing we are separate entities.

It is to say that it is separate and outside of yourself, when in reality all things exist within your consciousness. So often, when we want to change a circumstance in our life, we judge it, and I think often this is what prevents us from changing it. And then in the next sentence he tells them to forgive everyone. That last part always confused me. What does forgiveness have to do with miracle-working?
